In 1430 AH, a ministerial decree was issued approving the licensing of Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation, to complete the path of goodness that the father, Sheikh – may God have mercy on him – began as a civil foundation that donates everything that serves the community, through supporting and financing charitable and developmental projects for the community, community research and studies, as well as supporting educational and medical charitable institutions. The foundation plays a vital role in supporting these areas according to specific mechanisms and standards, which contributes to building an effective person, interacting with his community, with the support and guidance of the sons and daughters of Sheikh Abdullah Al Rajhi – may God have mercy on him – in harmony with his will, which is a motivation for progress and excellence.
